Before You Contact Us
Most issues can be resolved quickly if you check the following first:
- Verify your deposit transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (use a block explorer).
- Check that you sent to the correct deposit address shown on your order page.
- Ensure you sent the correct currency — sending the wrong coin to a deposit address cannot be automatically recovered.
- Review our FAQ page for answers to common questions.
What to Include in Your Email
- Your Order ID (found on your order page, format: ORD-XXXXXXXX)
- Transaction hash (TXID) of your deposit
- The currency pair (e.g. BTC → XMR)
- Amount sent
- Destination wallet address
- Date and time of the transaction
