1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SwapAnon exchange service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwapAnon provides an automated cryptocurrency exchange service that allows users to swap supported digital assets without registration or identity verification. The Service operates as an intermediary that facilitates peer-to-peer-style swaps through automated exchange processes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency exchange is prohibited or requires a license that we do not hold. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is legal where you reside.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency trading and exchange. SwapAnon is not responsible for any investment losses.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses provided. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.
You must ensure that funds used are legally obtained and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

6. Transaction Finality

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a deposit has been made to a deposit address and confirmed on-chain, the exchange process is initiated automatically. SwapAnon cannot reverse, cancel, or modify completed transactions. Deposits to incorrect or expired addresses are handled on a best-efforts basis — contact support immediately.

7. Exchange Rates and Fees

Exchange rates are provided in real-time and are locked for the duration of the order window (30 minutes). The displayed receive amount is an estimate based on the rate at the time of order creation. Minor variations may occur due to network fees and rate slippage. SwapAnon charges a service fee which is included in the displayed exchange rate.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

Launder money or conceal proceeds of crime
Finance terrorism or illegal organizations
Circumvent economic sanctions
Engage in fraud or market manipulation
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapAnon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses, blockchain network delays, exchange rate changes, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of the transaction fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
