Most swaps complete within 2–20 minutes depending on the blockchain network's confirmation time. Bitcoin transactions typically require 1–3 confirmations, while Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens usually confirm faster.

1. You select your currency pair and enter the destination wallet address. 2. You receive a unique deposit address. 3. You send the exact amount to that address. 4. Our engine detects your deposit, performs the swap, and sends the result to your wallet automatically.

If the amount sent is below the minimum threshold, the exchange may not be processed. Please contact support at support@nokyc.finance with your order ID and transaction hash so we can investigate.

The rate is locked for 30 minutes from when you create your order. You must send funds and have them confirmed within this window. If the timer expires, you may need to create a new order — though your deposit address remains valid.

The rate shown is fetched live at the moment you create the order and is locked for 30 minutes. This protects you from significant price swings during the window in which your transaction confirms.

We collect minimal technical data required to process your order (deposit address, destination wallet, amount). We do not store IP addresses beyond what is technically logged in server infrastructure. Order data is session-based and not retained long-term.

Yes. Monero is fully supported as both a send and receive currency. Many users choose to receive XMR for its privacy features, as Monero transactions are untraceable by design.

Our service is non-custodial in the sense that funds move directly through the exchange engine to your destination wallet. We do not maintain user wallets or hold balances on your behalf.

First, verify your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain using a block explorer. If it's confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed, contact us at support@nokyc.finance with your Order ID and the transaction hash.

The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable text file generated for each order that documents the order ID, currencies, amounts, deposit address, and destination wallet. It serves as your proof that an exchange was initiated through our service.
